1.0 Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training for PCBA, SMT, and Box Build operations, ensuring operators and technicians meet production, quality, and performance standards.
- Deliver training sessions based on approved training plans, including onboarding, technical processes, equipment handling, ESD, safety, and quality awareness.
- Assist in developing and updating training materials, standard work instructions, and skill matrices in collaboration with the Training Supervisor and department heads.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and competency levels through assessments, practical evaluations, and on-the-job observations.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback or retraining when necessary to ensure consistent skill application.
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and skill certification documentation in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Support production teams in identifying training gaps and recommending improvement actions.
- Coordinate with process engineers, production leaders, and QA teams to ensure training content aligns with current production processes and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements during all training activities.
- Promote a culture of learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement among operators and line leaders.
2.0 Job Requirements
- SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in PCBA, SMT, or Box Build environments.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, 5S practices, and ESD/safety procedures.
- Effective communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to train and guide operators at various skill levels.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple training sessions with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
