Production Clerk

Job Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Checking & Stock Control
- Perform daily incoming and outgoing stock checking.
- Ensure materials, components, and finished goods are accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with store personnel to maintain proper stock levels.
2. Documentation & System Entry
- Prepare and process all related documents including Sales Orders (S/O), Purchase Orders (P/O), Delivery Orders (D/O), and Invoices.
- Update transactions accurately in the company's system.
- Ensure all documents are filed, organized, and traceable.
3. Production Support
- Assist the Production Manager in preparing production documents and schedules.
- Coordinate with production team on material availability and order status.
- Follow up on urgent orders and ensure timely processing.
4. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Store, and Procurement departments for order updates.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or delays to relevant departments.
5. General Administrative Duties
- Prepare reports and maintain production records.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Production Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing or administrative role is an advantage.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems; experience with ERP system is a plus.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
