What You'll Do:

  • Support the Account Executive in daily accounting tasks related to stock movement and supplier transactions.
  • Assist in processing supplier invoices, payment tracking, and monthly cut-off procedures.
  • Help manage purchase and sales records for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
  • Maintain and update aging reports for customers and suppliers.
  • Reconcile warehouse inventory records with accounting entries.
  • Support in filing documents required for audit and regulatory checks
  • Assist in the preparation of finance reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive records confidentially.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English .
  • Available for a minimum of 4 months.
  • Willing to work on-site at our pharmacy warehouse in Shah Alam

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 4-6 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
