Rebuild manufacturing equipment when necessary. Carry out equipment modifications under engineer direction. Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical & Electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with interest in a dynamic workplace. Experienced in assembly processes; 2 years in semiconductor manufacturing preferred. Effective data analysis and problem-solving skills using available resources. Fast learner, independent, motivated, and able to work shifts
