  1. Manage, configure, and maintain the system for Sales & Marketing operations.
  2. Support data integration between Excel and SAP to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  3. Develop and improve data reports, dashboards, and analytics for business decision-making.
  4. Use Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) for data analysis and consolidation.
  5. Perform basic programming or scripting (JavaScript, Python, API, SQL) for process automation.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Kintone and related tools.
  7. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to enhance digital workflows and systems.
  8. Coordinate with IT or vendors for system updates and improvements.
  9. Maintain data security, access control, and compliance with company IT policies.
  10. Hold a Degree in IT/Computer Science/Data Analytics, with 2–3 years' experience in system admin, SAP, or data-related roles.
