Ready to leverage your supply chain expertise and language skills in a dynamic commercial operations role?

The Supply Planner (Amer region) is responsible for the procurement of finished goods, inventory management, problem resolution, and data support. In this role, you will work closely with a cross-functional team to manage the demand and supply of finished goods.

This position is part of the Commercial Operations Organization and will be located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Oversee SKU procurement, purchase orders, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery and inventory optimization.
• Monitor goods in transit, resolve supply issues, and manage blocked or slow-moving stock.
• Participate in KPI reporting (Inventory, Delivery, Revenue, OTD PSP) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate, procure and schedule the best possible orders for all finished goods on a timely and planned basis.
• Collaborate and communicate across functional teams such as customer service, sales, planner, finance, supplier and manufacturing plant.
• Review forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to support revenue estimates monthly revenue roll up.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• University degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, procurement, business, or similar area of study.
• Experience in supply planning, procurement, or inventory management to manage procurement processes, monitor inventory levels, and resolve supply issues effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Team Player and Collaborative mindset

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SAP or other ERP experience and familiarity.
• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
