Gardener cum Cleaner

• Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping of operation office and control rooms.
• Responsible for removing trash from the offices and toilets.
• Responsible for cleaning daily
• Responsible for cleaning of windows in office and control rooms, etc.
• Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
• Required to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen when there is no canteen operator.
• Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets the Management expectations.
• Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, managing weed control and leaf raking.
• Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants
• Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such as grass cutter/trimmer etc
• Service all garden equipment and machinery.
• Responsible to buy the petrol for the grass cutting machine when needed.
• Maintain a clean landscape by clearing rubbish and litter from the grounds.
• Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
• Any other task assigned by Superior and/or the Company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
