We are looking for a Inside Sales Representative who would like to grow with us, clearly defined by three things:

CommITted · Connected · Converged

As a Inside Sales Representative, you will have a chance to:

Create and maintain the database of potential clients for company reference on future dealings, cross selling, events and follow upsWork closely with Sales Team to fulfill the sales cycle starting from qualifying and engagement of appointments and meetingsProviding clients with the relevant information prior to initiating the meetings and up to handing over the clients to the Sales TeamCommunicate and work closely with Sales Team to meet and achieve sales target and building sales pipeline together with Corporate Account ManagersPerform sales cycle tracking on weekly, monthly and on quarterly performanceCommunicate with distributors for product information and commercial which includes performing cost analysisAssist Sales Team to source and prepare tenders, pricing, collecting information for submission to clientsMonitor and take charge of internal support and maintenance renewal. Perform sales cycle for renewal and pursue for closureLiaise with Operations team for Support and Maintenance contract renewalProactively assess, clarify, and validate customers' needs as well as Internal Sales Team needs on an ongoing basis

We are looking for an individual with:

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing-related disciplinePossesses a drive to succeed, highly motivated, self-driven and able to work independentlyAbility to communicate effectively and work with all levels of people as well as excellent interpersonal and written skills.Minimum 2 years working experienceComputer proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationExcellent phone and cold calling skills with exceptional customer service skills
