We're Hiring: IT Intern

Looking to grow your IT skills and make an impact? Join us as our IT Intern and gain valuable exposure to real-world IT operations and support systems.

What you'll do:

  • Provide technical assistance by responding to user requests (via phone, email, or ticketing system) for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in hardware setup and maintenance, from configuring new computers and mobile devices to supporting day-to-day equipment needs.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and operating systems.
  • Support user account management, including account creation, updates, and access management in Active Directory and related systems.
  • Help maintain IT documentation and asset inventory (hardware, software licenses, and configurations).

Who we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
