This role involves handling documentation, coordinating office activities, and assisting with property-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist in managing property-related records, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with building management, tenants, and vendors to fulfill client requirements and address service requests.
  • Support the finance and accounts team in processing invoices, payments, and reports.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and provide relevant information.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with logistics for meetings or company events.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
  • Knowledge of Ecom Software is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
