This role involves handling documentation, coordinating office activities, and assisting with property-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in managing property-related records, agreements, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with building management, tenants, and vendors to fulfill client requirements and address service requests.
- Support the finance and accounts team in processing invoices, payments, and reports.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins and provide relevant information.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with logistics for meetings or company events.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
- Knowledge of Ecom Software is added advantage
