RESPONSIBILITY:

  1. Prepare preliminary conceptual sketch design, feasibility studies (where necessary to prepare preliminary cost estimates), and follow up to develop the design proposal into 3D Model as required for presentation
  2. Check all authority requirements, submission guidelines and procedures and liaise with the relevant authority representative where necessary.
  3. Preparation of the tender drawings, details and schedules as required by the QS for the preparation of the Tender documents.
  4. To assist on the preparation of construction drawings and details
  5. Liaise with consultants / coordinate consultant requirements (M&E, C&S, Interior Designer, Landscape etc.)
  6. Attend the site / consultant meetings, prepare the site/consultant meeting minutes and carry our periodical site inspections with the contractors / consultants to ensure that works on site are carried out as per the construction drawings / instructions.
  7. To coordinate (with the relevant consultants where necessary) the application for the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) and inspections upon completion of construction works with the relevant Authorities.
  8. To undertake other related jobs from time to time as assigned by the Director.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

  1. Master or Bachelor Degree in Architecture equivalent to LAM Part I or II

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

  1. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
  2. Self-motivated, responsible and professional attitude, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good writing skills
  4. AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office (revit, BIM and Lumion are plus point )
  5. Well verse of Bylaw / guideline and Authorities' submission requirements
  6. Able to handle stress under fast-track project nature
  7. Able work as a team and meet the datelines
  8. Passion in Architecture and willing to learn
  9. Willing to travel
