Job Description:

  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
  • Monitor stock levels, product freshness, and expiry dates.
  • Handle and maintain machines and equipment properly.
  • Serve customers politely and professionally.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints efficiently.
  • Perform cashier transactions accurately and assist with daily bank-in if required.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Punctual and able to work as a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in retail or F&B is an advantage.
  • Possess Typhoid Injection Certificate and Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain upon hiring).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
