About the Role

We're a growing tech company developing SaaS solutions powered by IoT, data analytics, and AI to transform how organizations manage facilities and assets in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This role will work closely with our product development team and clients, to turning business needs into clear product requirements, managing releases, testing new features, and continuously improving our web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities

  • Translate client and business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Plan sprints, manage releases, and track progress against milestones.
  • Lead user testing and ensure every release meets quality standards.
  • Analyze product feedback and usage data to identify improvements.
  • Prepare documentation, training materials, and release notes.
  • Stay updated on technology stack, cloud technology, IoT, and cybersecurity best practices for scalable SaaS products.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software development coordination (preferably SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile applications, as well as cloud technology.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Jira, Trello, Notion or similar tools.

Familiarity with CMMS, ERP, API integration, ISO or DevOps.
