Job description
- Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers.
- Managing staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company.
- Providing guidance and promote health and beauty products based on needs.
- Always keep up to date on the market trend and lead and inspire your team to achieve the goals.
- Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers.
- Recommending suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs.
- Ensure stock visibility and products display.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure optimal level for dispensary stock levels.
- Managing good poison recording and scheduled poison-related issues
- Any other task as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia.
- Able to work in a retail environment.
- Pleasant personality with good character of professionalism.
- Good communication, interpersonal and working skills.
- Able to interact well with all levels of people and management.
- Enthusiastic, informative and passionate in pharmacy profession.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
