Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Expansion & Market Launch

  • Assist in executing franchise expansion plans into international markets, covering site acquisition, store opening, and post-launch support.
  • Support franchisees during market launches through store attachment planning, operational training, and supply chain readiness.
  • Work with marketing and R&D teams to adapt products and campaigns for local markets.

Operations & Performance

  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and warehouses to ensure smooth procurement and timely outlet supply fulfillment.
  • Monitor outlet performance and assist in implementing strategies to improve KPIs and revenue.
  • Conduct regular outlet audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards.

Training & Support

  • Prepare and maintain franchisee training materials, product SOPs, and marketing toolkits for consistency across markets.
  • Provide operational support and guidance to franchise partners.

Financial Coordination

  • Liaise with finance teams to ensure timely billing and collections from franchise markets.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in franchise operations, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
