JOB VACANCY

POSITION - SALES COORDINATOR

LOCATION - KAJAH

SALARY - RM

Daily Job Tasks:

  • Assigning territories and quotas to Sales Department
  • Promoting customer and order satisfaction
  • Inputting orders and ensuring order are processed according to customer requirements
  • Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for sales department such as preparing quotation, tenders, sales agreement/ orders, sales report and etc.
  • Handle sales processing activities and documentation, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to respective sales manager and personnel.
  • Assist Sales Manager for scheduling and events coordination, meeting and follow up.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • 2 years of relevant working experience. However fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good customer service skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills with problem solving capabilities
