The Test Manager will lead the end-to-end test lifecycle for the eBao / InsureMO implementation under FPTs prime delivery responsibility. The role will coordinate testing across internal QA teams, client stakeholders, eBao, and other vendors to ensure full coverage and quality assurance across all functional and integration components.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the overall test strategy and execution plan.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing cycles.
  • Coordinate test execution across FPT, eBao, and other vendor teams.
  • Establish defect management process and quality metrics.
  • Track testing progress and provide daily/weekly reporting to program leadership.
  • Support business users during UAT and ensure go-live readiness.
  • Contribute to reusable test frameworks and accelerators for COE development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 + years in QA / Test Management for enterprise or insurance programs.
  • Experience defining and managing testing for core or middleware systems.
  • Preferred:
    Familiarity with
    eBao / InsureMO
    , API testing, and data migration validation; and understanding of Life Insurance workflows and policy processes.
  • ISTQB / Agile Testing / PMP certification preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills.
