Setel serves customers across Malaysia by powering one app as the constant companion to ease motorists' journey across fueling, parking, EV charging, motor insurance, road tax, auto assistance, general purchases, and more across an ecosystem of PETRONAS petrol stations, retail partners, and online merchants.

In this role you will:

• Support market research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market activities in relation to strategy and growth initiatives
• Contribute to evaluating new business opportunities and strategic ventures, including business case development and commercial assessments
• Track and analyse performance of ongoing growth projects, and provide insights and suggest areas of improvement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, marketing, data and compliance) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Participate in presentations and meetings with potential strategic partners and key stakeholders.
• Assist with any related tasks, projects, and other assigned duties as and when deemed necessary.
• Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're a great fit if you have/are:

• Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Economics or equivalent.
• Available to start in Jan/Feb 2026 and commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, with strong skills in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• Prior exposure to, or strong interest in, new growth initiatives or incubation works
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic financial modelling capability is preferable.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
