About the role

As an Occupational Therapist at NUHA KIDS CARE CENTRE PLT', you will play a vital role in improving the lives of children with special needs. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will provide individualised care and support to help these children develop essential life skills and reach their full potential. This is a full-time position based in Kajang, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess children's developmental, sensory, motor, and functional skills
  • Plan and implement individualized occupational therapy intervention programs
  • Conduct one-to-one and group therapy sessions
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document children's progress and therapy outcomes
  • Provide guidance and home programs for parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with special needs teachers, therapists, and centre staff
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and reports
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and child-friendly therapy environment
  • Participate in meetings, training, and centre activities

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Diploma or Degree certification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered or eligible for registration with relevant professional bodies (if applicable)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Passionate about working with special need children
  • Patient, caring, and responsible
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Working Days

  • Monday: Half day
  • Tuesday – Saturday: Full day
