Outdoor Photographer

WORK LOCATION: Penang Ferry Museum / KOMTAR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Capture high-quality photos of tourists at popular attraction spots.
• Approach visitors in a friendly and professional manner to offer photo services.
• Present and promote photo packages to customers, assisting them in making selections.
• Handle photo sales, customer information, and daily transaction records accurately.
• Ensure camera equipment and work areas are maintained in good condition at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
• Work outdoors or in busy tourist areas while adhering to safety and company guidelines.
• Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.

REQUIREMENT:

• Must have own transportation to commute to assigned work locations.
• Prior experience in photography or retail sales is an added advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable with face-to-face customer engagement, cold selling, and approaching tourists confidently.
• Able to work independently, meet daily sales targets, and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong pitching, persuasion, and negotiation skills to convert sales opportunities.
