Copier Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Photocopier Technician to join our team at in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a Photocopier Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for our clients' photocopier equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with photocopier equipment, including copiers, printers, and scanners
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on photocopier equipment, such as cleaning, adjusting, and replacing parts as needed
• Respond to customer requests and provide on-site or remote support to resolve technical problems
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and report on equipment performance
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in the photocopier and office equipment industry

What we're looking for

• With or without experience as a Photocopier Technician or in a similar technical role
• Strong understanding of the technical operations and repair of photocopier equipment, including copiers, printers, and scanners
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and provide clear explanations of technical information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of services
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and maintain photocopier equipment
• Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
