Job Description:

  • Receive, check and record incoming stock and materials
  • Arrange and organize items in the store neatly
  • Issue stock based on job orders or requests
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
  • Perform regular stock count (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Ensure store area is clean, safe and well-maintained
  • Update stock records in system/book accurately
  • Coordinate with suppliers, drivers and production team
  • Assist in loading/unloading goods when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Able to read and update stock records accurately
  • Physically fit and able to carry goods when needed
  • Responsible, honest and organized
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in storekeeping/logistics is an added advantage
