We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong professional to join our Group FP&A team to lead and support Business Transformation initiatives and drive strategic projects for our global palm oil business.
• Drive and implement finance transformation initiatives aligned with the Group's strategic goals (e.g. forecasting improvement, standardization, digitalization, cost visibility).
• Lead or support deployment of finance tools such as SAP S/4 HANA, ATS enhancements, MR new methodology in partnership with IT and business units.
• Challenge status quo and identify opportunities to simplify and improve core FP&A and reporting processes.
• Work closely with stakeholders across operations, commercial, and IT to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.
• Track and report benefits and KPIs of transformation initiatives.
• Support monthly group reporting, analysis, and commentary for senior leadership.
• Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across Midstream, Downstream & Group Reporting
• Prepare high-quality dashboards, financial models, and business presentations.
• Partner with BU finance & Shared Service teams to improve reporting, budgeting & forecasting process
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to Head of FP&A
The ideal candidate will have strong FP&A fundamentals, experience in driving change across finance processes/systems, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
