Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Marketing Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, managing product lifecycle, and coordinating with sales teams to drive product success. The role also includes creating engaging marketing content, conducting competitor analysis, and collaborating with other departments to align marketing activities with business objectives.

  • Proficiency in Market Research and conducting competitor analysis
  • Experience in developing Go-to-Market Strategies and executing marketing plans
  • Skills in Product Management and overseeing product lifecycle
  • Competence in Product Marketing and creating engaging marketing content

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably within the generic drug industry and selling experience.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, product positioning, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with strong business acumen.
