Role and Responsibilities
- Handle daily stock-in and stock-out processes with proper documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Perform Goods Issuance (GI) and Goods Receiving (GR)
- Track stock movement and report low or excess stock.
- Maintain control logs to track critical stock items.
- Assist with preparing purchase requisitions, check and follow-up on pending deliveries for completeness and quality.
- Maintain clerical supplies and ensure the admin area is organized.
- Prepare and manage inventory documentation including forms, requisitions, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Participate in stocktaking and audits.
- Assist with data entry into ERP/inventory systems.
- Maintain proper records for GI/GR, rejected goods, and discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit daily receiving and issuance reports.
Job Success Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar field.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems or ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic procurement or purchasing processes is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
