About the Role

The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on skills, enjoys detailed craftsmanship work, and is keen to learn and grow in a precision-based manufacturing environment.

This position involves designing, crafting, and repairing production models according to customer specifications, while ensuring high quality and consistency. Training will be provided, but prior experience or strong interest in handcraft work (such as shaping, moulding, sculpting, or precision finishing) will be a great advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and repair production models, master moulds, and working blocks according to specifications.
• Ensure high precision and consistency in every model produced.
• Implement and maintain quality systems effectively, following ISO standards.
• Train and guide section operatives in quality awareness and production procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Continuously improve work processes and techniques to enhance efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Experience: experience in model making, moulding, ceramics, or any handcraft-based production work is preferred.
• Candidates with strong handcraft skills, artistic ability, or mechanical precision work experience are encouraged to apply — even without direct industry experience.
• Keen attention to detail, patience, and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Willing to work hands-on and learn continuously.
• Must be willing to travel or relocate to Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.
