Customer Service Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role (By Shift) for a Customer Service Specialist based in Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone etiquette, email and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining positive customer experiences and effectively resolving any concerns to enhance the overall customer journey with Freshtel Internet.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong focus on Customer Experience and the ability to enhance it
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the internet service provider industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage as the role involves liaising with foreign customers from China.
