Job Description :
Assisting the HR & Admin on administrative matters among others but not limited to :-
- Responsible to check the attendance every month for all departments
- Collecting and maintaining employee data such as hours worked, leaves taken, and taxes
- Processing payroll and ensuring accurate payment to employees
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
- Preparing and submitting payroll reports to management
- Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- To Handle Staff Monthly Performance
- To check Staff claims, medical claim and key-in for record
- To assist on recruitment process
- To perform any other duties as and when required by immediate superior.

Job Requirement:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
- Good command of spoken & written of Malay and English language
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point or Google Apps i.e. G.Sheets, G.Docs, G.Slides.
- Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player
- Self-motivated, result oriented and a fast learner
- Must have valid driving licence and own transport.
- Willing to work long hours or on rest day / public holidays
