We are looking for a creative and organised individual to join our team as a Junior Designer who will also handle light administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys design work but is also comfortable supporting day-to-day office operations when needed.

Design Responsibilities (Primary Role)

  • Create visual content such as social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, and email templates.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns and branding.
  • Edit and refine design drafts based on feedback.
  • Prepare and organise design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Support senior designers or the marketing team in campaign execution.
  • Assist in video editing or motion graphics work.

Administrative Responsibilities (Secondary Support)

  • Assist with basic documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Help manage office supplies and maintain simple inventory records.
  • Support the team by preparing simple reports, forms, or letters when required.
  • Assist with other light admin tasks.
  • Support general office operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Skilled in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2, RM3,800.00 per month
