Job Title: Material Planner cum Buyer (For Malaysians Only)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze production schedules and sales forecasts to determine material requirements.
• Generate and manage purchase orders to ensure the timely supply of materials.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to meet production targets and timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimize excess stock, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality and pricing for materials.
• Track material delivery schedules and collaborate with the production team to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in material planning and procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
