What is PROTÉGÉ?

PROTÉGÉ = Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs

A government initiative designed to help fresh graduates gain work experience and soft skills through structured training and real-world job placements, enhancing employability

Locations:

Shah Alam | Pulau Indah |

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation and Food Technology only

Job Purpose :

To lead supervisory and workers to sustain productivity, quality, cost, speed and attainment

To lead TPM Autonomous Maintenance program, to compile OPL and AM.

To  continuous establishing new  Autonomous Maintenance team to accomplish set TPM target.

To manage etams (Attendance record) for supervisory and bargainable staff

To analysis downtime and coordinate with Engineering team to carry out timely Preventive Maintenance and availability of machine spares.

To ensure plant operation meet set target and KPIs.

To ensure plant comply to QMS, GMP, HACCP, ISO 19001, ISO ISO 14000

To ensure work safe work place and carry out 5S.

To participate in the ICC, Kaizen or QCC program.

To train subordinate to improve skill competency.

To facilitate and lead MDWT team and to be a MDWT coach.

To implement and execute works procedure, checklist and update of production records.

To conduct counselling and ensure worker's grievances disciplinary issue are attended     immediate.

To carry task and assignment given by superior from time to time.
