We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations by managing a variety of administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and general office support.

Job responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into systems and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Update and manage filing systems for both physical and digital files, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Organize and manage important company documents
  • Update delivery orders and print required invoices.

Job requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with office management software is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail in data entry and documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
