We are seeking an experienced
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant
with strong functional and solution design expertise across
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
. This role requires deep hands-on experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management modules, end-to-end implementation delivery, and close collaboration with stakeholders to support enterprise manufacturing clients.

What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, covering solution evaluation, functional design, configuration, validation, and deployment.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across core SCM modules including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and Master Planning, with strong integration to Finance processes.
- Clearly articulate and drive Finance module capabilities within D365, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts
- Receivable, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Fixed Assets, ensuring alignment with manufacturing business requirements.
- Manage and deliver enhancement requests, change requests, Proof of Concepts (POCs), demos, and mini-projects across implementation and post-go-live support phases.
- Demonstrate clear experience across implementation and support engagements, with the ability to articulate scope, level of involvement, and percentage split between project types.
- Contribute to presales activities by supporting RFPs, RFSs, and RFIs, including solution design inputs, estimations, and client-facing presentations or demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Finance, SCM, and related Dynamics ecosystem components.
- Maintain basic awareness and working knowledge of peripheral technologies within the Dynamics ecosystem, including
- Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Dataverse, and how they complement D365 solutions.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation such as Functional Design Documents (FDD), Interface Design Documents (IDD), solution blueprints, and knowledge repositories.
- Engage directly with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, communicate risks, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support best practices, compliance, and process optimization tailored to manufacturing industry requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across development support, functional configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- Proven expertise as an SME in SCM modules with strong Finance integration.
- Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules and end-to-end financial processes.
- Demonstrated experience in implementation and support projects, with the ability to clearly explain responsibilities, contributions, and project distribution.
- Experience handling enhancements, change requests, POCs, demos, and mini-projects.
- Exposure to presales activities including RFP, RFS, and RFI responses.
- Basic awareness of Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with manufacturing industry clients is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations certifications.
- Experience in global or multi-entity manufacturing implementations.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps-based delivery models.
