Customer Related Process Control

i)Always acting in a courteous, respectful and helpful manner when dealing with customers.

ii)Deliver good to customer place safety.

iii)Ensure customer sign the invoices upon delivery of goods for credit sales.

Goods Related Process Control

iv)Deliver good to store safety.

v)Must aware of the goods in the vehicle, and of its sensitivity to damage.

vi)Familiar with the vehicle assigned.

Infrastructure & Work Environment Related Process Control

vii)Make sure cleanliness, hygienic and organized vehicle.

Store Closing Process Control

viii)Carry out store closing processes according to the procedure.

Other

ix)Undertake other related job as directed by the superior from time to time.
