Job Descriptions:

  • Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience handling matters relating to Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Candidates must be able to work independently, be highly motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to excel in a team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Laws (LLB)
  • M&A with minimum 1-5 years of experiences in the respective fields.
  • Candidates must be able to work independently with high motivation
  • Candidates must be dedicated and good personality
  • Candidate must have a positive, responsible, committed, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills, work well in a team environment and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned.
