WAREHOUSE OUTGOING SUPERVISOR / ASISSTANT SUPERVISOR

· To supervise the warehouse's day-to-day activities and to lead a group of warehouse assistants.

· To ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, forklifts, tools, fixtures, and equipment, arrange for repairs/replacement as needed.

· To inspect lorries condition before loading final product onto the lorries.

· To assign job for loading 40-footers, loose picking to the pilot as a daily routine task.

· To follow-up with Sales Support Logistics truck status for loading.

· To confirm job done by Pilot and generate the DO and Invoice.

· To ensure rework on the damaged product is carried out correctly.

· To ensure FIFO system are applied as required by respective loading.

· To check in the system to ensure Final Product Lot# is not in the WPDO location.

· To receive (GRN) Trading Items product from intercompany.

· To prepare loose picking in advance for 3-ton lorry collection early morning.

· To ensure check and send all RMA to the QA department on time. Also, make sure they're finished within the given timeframe.

· To carry out the daily/weekly/monthly stock count check activity.

· To handling forklift preventive maintenance, forklift inspection check list, forklift breakdown.

· To ensure all handheld in good condition and keep storage into the office.

· To ensure cleanliness of warehouse area is well maintained.

· To ensure follow the safety policies and procedures in compliance adherence to safety protocols.

· To ensure the workstation creates a controlled and clean environment where personnel can carry out their tasks without compromising the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

· To be assigned special tasks on an ad-hoc basis should there's need arise.
