Assistant Warranty

Salary Range: RM1,700 – RM2,300

Job Description:

  • Review and verify warranty claims to ensure they meet approval criteria
  • Communicate with customers regarding claim status and provide updates
  • Maintain accurate records of claims and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve product issues
  • Ensure all warranty processes follow company policies and industry standards
