We are travel industry looking for a dedicated Reservation Assistant / Manager
with solid experienced of managing the day-to-day reservation tasks
to join our team

The ideal candidate will have an ability to
manage a high workload with clear and confident communicator who is resilient to pressure and have excellent customer service and problem solving skills

to support the team and the business flows

. 

A positive and results-driven individual.

The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
  • Process and manage travel reservations for flights, hotels, tours and other travel-related services.
  • Communicate with sales team and suppliers via phone, email, or messaging platforms to confirm bookings, answer inquiries, and provide travel information.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and suppliers and partners to secure bookings and ensure accuracy of reservation details.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all guest and hotel associate and supervise and inform manager of all issues.
  • Assist with changes, cancellations or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure payment made and notify all suppliers before guests arrival.
  • To liaise and negotiate with suppliers for contract, promo and better pricing when necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
  • Keep updated with travel trends, new destinations, and product offerings.
  • Ad-hoc tasks from the superior

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fast typing skills
  • Details Oriented
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
