Saga Fire Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Shah Alam, Selangor. As a full-time Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company, providing administrative support and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other departments
- Handling a range of administrative tasks, including filing, document management, scheduling, and correspondence
- Assisting with the coordination of office operations, such as managing supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and filing systems
- Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an office administration or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
