Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate L&D programs, workshops, and leadership initiatives.
  • Manage participant communication, registration, and evaluation data.
  • Liaise with vendors, facilitators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report learning metrics using Excel and dashboards.
  • Support HRDC documentation and logistics for sessions.

Eligibility / Requirements:

  • 1–3 years' experience in HR, L&D, or Administration.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
