We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team. This role is essential in delivering a personalised, enjoyable and memorable shopping experience and driving sales.

We are a Singapore-based fashion brand expanding into Malaysia, seeking a passionate and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a key member of our retail team, you will play an essential role in bringing our brand's vision to life by delivering exceptional customer experiences and embodying our unique style. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sense of fashion and an ability to inspire customers and teammates alike.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Customer Service:

  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience by assisting customers with product selection and styling advice.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business through excellent service and follow-up.

2. Team Support:

  • Assist in supervising daily operations, including opening and closing duties, shift planning, and task delegation.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution while upholding brand values.

3. Visual Merchandising and Stock Management:

  • Support the visual merchandising team by maintaining appealing and organized displays that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restocking products as necessary, and assisting in stock audits.
  • Provide feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement.

4. Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure adherence to all store policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all payment and return processes align with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive initiatives that enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in a fashion retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Proficient in retail POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
