About the role

We are seeking a Dental Clinic Assistant to join our dynamic team at the All Smile Dental Clinic in Bandar Puteri Puchong, Selangor. As a Dental Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

What you'll be doing

  1. Clinical Duties:

  2. Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by handing them instruments, mixing materials, and performing other tasks as needed

  3. Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies

  4. Administrative Duties:

  5. Greeting patients, checking them in, and guiding them through the check-in process

  6. Schedule patient appointments
  7. Answering phones and processing payments.

  8. Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records.

  9. Infection Control & Safety:

  10. Follow clinic guidelines for infection control.

  11. Ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and stored.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What we're looking for

  1. Qualification : Min SPM, basic English and BM
  2. Experience: Prior experience in a dental clinic is advantageous but not necessary. We provide training for new staff.
  3. Soft Skills: Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills
