Rakyat Management Services Sdn Bhd (RMS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank Rakyat that was established on 17 November 1975. It has developed significantly following its reactivation in mid-2006. RMS then operated under the Companies Act 2016 through the mandate of Bank Rakyat to expand franchise business to co-operatives under the brand of Ar-Rahnu X'Change (ARX).

Responsibilities:

  • Sale representative for RMS Gold Outlet, kiosks and RMS Gold on wheels.
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting gold and jewelry items based on their preferences and budget.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of gold purity, weight, design, pricing, and current market trends.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Carrying out the stock take process.
  • Preparing the RMS Gold unit report.
  • Preparing the approval memorandum if needed.
  • Administration work and filing

Qualifications

  • Certification, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field required.
  • 1-2 years experience in jewelry making and able to identify gold quality by carat
  • Prior experience in gold/jewelry sales or luxury retail is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Good communication and able to work in team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
