  • Responsible for ICT/ELV Package tender to deliver best in quality and cost competitive bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Sales Director.
  • Prepare Bill of Quantities and Cost Estimation for ICT /ELV Tender.
  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction to Tender Bid.
  • Responsible in ICT costing, Contract and Data Center Cabling Project Cable Length and Quantity Calculation.
  • Asist in preparing variation cost, cost negotiation with clients/consultant/subcontractors.
  • To implement project document control at management level.
  • Evaluating progress claim.
  • Prepare project claim Schedules and coordination project tender.
  • Must be highly capable in preparing and submitting tenders within time line require.

Requirement:

  • Candidate must have 3 years of working experience in ICT and construction environment in cost estimation, budgetary and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
  • Capable for working under pressure.
  • Computer literate.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Project and ACAD are added advantage.
