Join our growing team as a Management Trainee in the engineering division. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds who aspire to grow into future leaders in the silicone manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a Material ,Process &  Manufacturing Engineer  to support our silicone molding and mixing operations. This role will work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure robust, repeatable processes.

You will focus on improving production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and supporting automation initiatives in our silicone manufacturing plant

Have an Interest or background in silicone or polymer materials. You will be involved in new material development, testing, and product performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undergo rotation across various departments (e.g., production, QA, engineering)

  • Assist in cross-functional project execution

  • Participate in technical and soft skill development workshops

  • Provide insights for process improvements

  • Support R&D on silicone formulations and performance testing

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes

  • Support equipment selection, installation, and troubleshooting

  • Work with production teams to increase throughput and reduce defects

  • Assist in production documentation and process control plans

  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities

  • Evaluate incoming raw materials and liaise with suppliers

  • Collaborate with production to troubleshoot material-related issues

  • Ensure material compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Maintain technical documentation and test reports

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes

  • Support equipment selection, installation, and troubleshooting

  • Work with production teams to increase throughput and reduce defects

  • Assist in production documentation and process control plans

  • Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Material, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering

OR

  • Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Engineering

OR

  • Degree in Chemical, Process, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • CGPA 3.0 and above or equivalent academic performance

  • Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the company

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Interest in silicone moulding or chemical processing

  • Hands-on mindset with strong analytical thinking

  • Willing to work on the production floor when needed

  • Knowledge in silicone, rubber, or polymer properties is a plus

  • Hands-on experience with lab testing equipment is an advantage

  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in materials are welcome

  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Able to travel for Business trip
