Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Supervisor, based in Pengerang. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily operations of HVAC system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the oil, gas, and energy sectors. Responsibilities include leading a team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting inspections, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and addressing customer needs promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and workforce management
  • Strong technical expertise in HVAC systems with knowledge of installation, operation, and compliance with industry standards
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance tasks to ensure efficient system performance
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and professionally
  • Ability to work on-site in Pengerang and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Certification or training in HVAC systems is an advantage
  • Understanding of safety regulations and adherence to industry standards
  • Relevant experience in oil, gas, or energy sectors is highly desirable
  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields
