Weighing all incoming (raw materials/ shipment/ transfer) and outgoing vehicles according to company procedure.
Any weigh found to exceed or less than the standard weight for vehicles and/ or tankers or containers without seal no. written on VCF must not be allowed to have 2nd weighment and to divert the vehicle back to the loading point for verification.
To ensure all printed documents (delivery orders and weighbridge tickets) must be issued and matched correctly according to sales order, i.e customer name, product, quality, weight and destination.
Maintain and upkeep cleanliness in all weighbridges.
To perform other tasks assigned by superior from time to time in aligned with company's objective.
REQUIREMENT:-
Min SPM and cert in any disciplines, prefer to have 2 years experience as clerk.
Able to work independently
