Key Roles:

1.Content Creation & Customer Engagement

  • Support the development of digital content for platforms including social media, blogs, newsletters, and video channels.
  • Participate in video content production, including hosting or appearing in short videos for campaigns, event coverage, or product promotions.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries, messages, and comments on digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and basic graphics using tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

2.Marketing Assistance & Coordination

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives such as campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Provide on-site or remote support during marketing activations, ensuring smooth implementation and effective follow-through.
  • Help gather feedback, organize data, and contribute to post-event reporting and performance analysis.

3.Campaign Execution & Market Research

  • Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Conduct research to gather insights on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

4.Administrative & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Perform general administrative duties such as record-keeping and maintaining organized documentation for marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to support overall marketing objectives.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, or business administration is preferred
  • Computer literate: MS Office
  • Required Skill(s): Excellent communication, negotiation and follow up skill, good analytical and problem solving skill, self-motivated with ability to work independently and result-oriented.
  • Team player, dynamic, mature with positive attitude to develop in a fast growing company
  • Possess own transport ; willing to travel.
