Paralegal

• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, and other legal documents related to accident claims.
• Order, organize, and summarize medical records, accident reports, and other evidence.
• Schedule depositions, hearings, client meetings, and medical examinations.
• Track case deadlines including statutes of limitations and court dates.
• Negotiate medical liens, bills, and prepare settlement statements.
• Compile trial exhibits, witness lists, and assist with trial preparation.
• Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and experts.
• Conduct legal research and assist with discovery by managing interrogatories and document requests.
• Support attorneys in all stages of personal injury litigation to keep the case progressing efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Experience:

• Legal Firm: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Bahasa Melayu and English (Tamil/Mandarin in advance) (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• B2 / D / DA (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
