Senior Project Manager for Product and Technologi

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.    Delivery & reporting of all assigned prioritised projects within Strategic Project Portfolio to the approved quality, timeline and budgets as defined in the business case (ACR) and aligning to the defined standards of the Transformation Division.
2.    Ensuring the appropriate governance of the projects to ensure the right results are delivered through the agreed mechanisms and thresholds (including alignment to Group PCA standards).
3.    Handling and responsible for project documentation and invoices where necessary. 
4.    Managing, coordinating and reporting on performance of the projects to create clear visibility and transparency of delivery.
5.    Leading the effective end to end delivery of the projects to agreed time, budget, scope and quality. 
6.    Responsible for clearly understanding the project objectives and ensuring that these are the foundations for delivery.
7.    Building a culture of benefit realisation, change management & innovation in the delivery of assigned projects 
8.    Proactively resolving any project related interdependencies between the respective project, and escalating if resolution cannot be achieved.
9.    Promoting a culture and understanding of project benefits, change management and innovation across your assigned projects and in all engagements with Business Partners.
10.    Taking proactive steps in interdependency management clearly demonstrating a "can do" approach.
11.    Lead, host and drive steering committee, and to provide detailed and adequate information for sponsor's awareness and sound decision making.
12.    Ensure project implementation is constantly within compliance and governance.
